Return and Refund Policy

At LSDLBoutique, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience and quality products. If an item does not suit you, here are our return and refund conditions applicable to all orders placed on www.lsdlboutique.ch.


1. Right of withdrawal

You have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return a product, in accordance with Article 40a of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) and mandatory European consumer rights.


2. General return conditions

To be accepted, all returns must comply with the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service via the contact form or online chat available on the website.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by LSDLBoutique under standard conditions. See Article 5 for cases of defects or order errors.

3. Exceptions — Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, in accordance with trade practices and Article 197 CO regarding defects, returns are not accepted for the following categories:

  • Lingerie and underwear if the hermetic packaging or hygiene seal has been opened.
  • Intimate toys and hygiene items once unboxed or used.
  • Consumable or perishable products (accessories, incense, or any product already opened).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Blind Boxes whose packaging has been opened — the principle of surprise being inherent to the product, no returns or exchanges can be granted once the box is opened.

4. Return procedure

  1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order via the contact form or by email at info@lsdlboutique.ch.
  2. Once the return is validated by our team, you will receive detailed instructions as well as the return address.
  3. After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund or credit note will be issued within 10 working days, according to the initial payment method used during the order.

5. Defective items or order error

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, in writing and with supporting photo(s). In this case, LSDLBoutique will fully cover the return costs and will proceed, as appropriate, with a replacement, repair, or full refund.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for items returned in accordance with these conditions, excluding initial delivery charges, which remain the responsibility of the Customer.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the return conditions are not met or if the returned item shows signs of use, deterioration, or missing packaging.

7. Unclaimed or refused delivery

Packages not collected at the post office, relay point, or upon delivery, as well as packages refused without valid justification by the recipient, will be partially refunded after deduction of outbound shipping costs, return costs, and any incurred administrative fees.
